We currently ship exclusively to the United States. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States will not be processed at this time.

Delivery Timelines

Our delivery process is divided into two stages: Handling Time and Transit Time. We work from Monday to Friday to process your orders.

1. Handling Time (Order Processing)

This is the time it takes to prepare, quality check, and package your order for shipment.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
  • Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

2. Transit Time (Shipping)

This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your address.

  • Transit time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Carrier Service: We primarily use DHL and FedEx to ensure secure and fast delivery.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total time from when you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

  • Total Estimated Delivery time: 4 to 7 Business Days

Order Tracking

Yes, we provide a tracking number for every order. Once your order has been dispatched (usually within 1-2 business days), you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress from our warehouse to your final delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

In the rare event that your package is delayed significantly beyond our estimated delivery time, please contact our support team. We will work directly with the carrier (DHL or FedEx) to locate your package and resolve the issue immediately.
